HomeHuddle is a family sports scheduling service operated by Venuewise. By signing up for or using HomeHuddle, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

HomeHuddle syncs your family's sports schedules from third-party calendar apps (such as GameChanger and TeamSnap) and delivers schedule alerts via SMS and push notifications. The service is intended for use by parents and guardians managing their family's sports schedules.

HomeHuddle is provided on a subscription basis. After a free 30-day trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the then-current rate (currently $4.95/month). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

By providing your mobile phone number and signing up for HomeHuddle, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from HomeHuddle (powered by Venuewise), including:

• Schedule change alerts when game times or locations are updated
• New event notifications when games or practices are added
• Day-of reminders for your family's upcoming events
• Conflict alerts when two events overlap

Message frequency varies based on your family's schedule activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@venuewise.net.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HomeHuddle SMS is available to subscribers in the United States.

Push notifications are optional. If you enable them by tapping "Enable Notifications" in the HomeHuddle app, your device's push subscription token will be stored and used only to deliver HomeHuddle alerts to your device.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings or by removing the HomeHuddle app from your home screen.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when signing up, including your mobile phone number and the iCal URLs for your team schedules. HomeHuddle syncs data from those URLs and is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the source schedule data.

You may access and update your account information at any time by visiting venuewise.net/account.html. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@venuewise.net and we will process your request within 30 days.

You agree not to use HomeHuddle to:

• Provide false or misleading information during signup
• Share your calendar link publicly in a way that exposes other families' schedules without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the HomeHuddle service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

HomeHuddle relies on third-party services to operate, including Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Google Fonts (typography). Your use of HomeHuddle is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers where applicable.

HomeHuddle is not affiliated with GameChanger, TeamSnap, LeagueApps, or any other sports scheduling platform. We sync publicly accessible iCal feeds that you provide.

HomeHuddle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that schedule data will always be accurate or up to date. Schedule information is pulled from third-party sources and may not reflect last-minute changes made directly in those apps.

Always confirm game times directly with your team or coach for time-sensitive events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venuewise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HomeHuddle, including missed games or practices due to inaccurate schedule data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of HomeHuddle shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of HomeHuddle after changes means you accept the updated terms. For material changes, we'll notify you via SMS or email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, New York.
