HomeHuddle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner harmful to other users or to the integrity of the service.

HomeHuddle provides scheduling and notification services as a convenience tool for families and sports organizations. Users remain responsible for independently verifying all event information — including schedules, locations, cancellations, and changes — directly with their teams, coaches, leagues, and organizations.
HomeHuddle does not guarantee the accuracy of schedule information provided by third-party sports organizations or integrations. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HomeHuddle and Venuewise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:
In no event shall HomeHuddle's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid for use of the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
HomeHuddle and Venuewise reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or in-app notification.
